Mystays offers great views from the 11th-floor bar, along with a variety of dining options. the hotel provides a reliable shuttle service to town and outlets, making exploring convenient. the rooms are clean, spacious, and have lovely décor, accompanied by amenities like a coffee vending machine and 100 yen massage chairs. the hotel's convenient location, only 10 minutes from the airport, adds to its appeal. Additionally, the on-site shop selling food and souvenirs is a nice touch.

Some rooms may have stained walls and lingering cigarette smoke odor. Shuttle services have limited frequency.

The rooms at HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita are super comfy and cozy. I felt right at home with the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom that had free toiletries. As a guest who loves to relax and unwind, I truly appreciated these amenities.

I found the process of informing the property about the names of all guests staying a bit cumbersome, but I can see how it might be necessary for larger groups.

The complimentary shuttle bus made it easy for us to get there with all the kids and luggage. Besides, the spacious garden provided an enjoyable outdoor space for the children to play and run around, giving us parents a chance to relax after our flight.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities at the hotel, such as a play area or kids' club, to keep them entertained while we settled in or prepared for our next travel leg.

The breakfast was great, and the shuttle to the airport was the reason we stayed here - it was well organized and timely. The hotel was very close to the airport! The Hawaiian massage in the basement was very nice, but book a time soon. The indoor swimming pool and sauna added to our relaxation. Exploring nearby landmarks like Naritasan Omote Sando and Naritasan Park created memorable family bonding moments.

Featuring a fitness center with an indoor pool, outdoor tennis, sauna, and public bath! I felt like a champion athlete training for the Olympics. The pool was crystal clear, just like those fancy bottled waters. And the sauna? It was like getting a warm hug from a giant, cozy blanket!

I absolutely adored the elegant Japanese gardens at the hotel. They made for a delightful spot to relax and enjoy breakfast, offering a peaceful and serene setting. The hotel's spacious and clean rooms were very accessible for senior people, with easy navigation throughout the hotel and comfortable seating areas for resting.

I would have appreciated more readily available assistance from the children of the staff to help with luggage for senior guests.

Loved the complimentary shuttles to the airport and nearby attractions – super convenient for families with young kids! The spacious room was a breath of fresh air, and the clean bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Although not a fan of the pricey swim hat rental and sauna fees, it didn't put a damper on my overall enjoyable stay! Would return for sure! 🌟

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to the airport and Downtown. Mystays provided free shuttle service, beautiful swimming pool, and great dining options. the staff was helpful and provided local information. the garden with colorful Koi was delightful. We could have enjoyed a longer stay.

Quiet rooms, but my TV volume proved the soundproof claim wrong—I blame it on my love for sake. Great Japanese garden for a quick chill session before leaving. The proximity to the airport was a lifesaver after our long flight from Australia. The spacious rooms were awesome for chilling after exploring Tokyo and the nearby Narita Shrine. Plus, having a convenience store downstairs made snacking super easy.

More entertainment options for young people like us would have been cool. Maybe a game room or a music lounge to hang out in after a day of sightseeing.

Just stayed at a hotel near the airport with a great breakfast in the Japanese restaurant. the staff were so helpful and friendly. DEFINITELY choosing it again! the rooms were even better than in photos.

We had a short stay and it was easy to get to from the airport with the shuttle. The temple grounds are beautiful to walk through, and Green street has lots of original gift shops. The hotel has a great gift shop on site with some interesting things and food. The customer service was great and the room was big and comfortable. The free shuttle service was fast and useful. Will definitely stay here again when we have an early flight next time!
